Connecting to the Network

Make sure that you connect to the network 'DU Student'. This is particularly important if you attended open days, as you will have been on a different network. Go to your settings, and explicitly select 'DU Student'. Then log in using:

Username: <Your DUO Username Here>

Password: <Your DUO Password Here>

Poor Connection?

Alternatively you could try using the 'DU Wireless' network using the same login details as 'DU Student'.

As a last resort you can attempt to use the network designed for visiting academics/students called 'Eduroam'. Then log in using:

Username: <Your DUO Username Here>@durham.ac.uk

Password: <Your DUO Password Here>

Mobile Device Problem?

For most devices, the typical Windows/Mac instructions should work just fine. However, some devices will ask for additional or advanced settings which can be found under the Linux section down below.
